无土栽培营养液循环控制系统

摘    要:该文介绍了营养液循环控制系统的设计和构成,营养液检测控制过程。采用最小二乘拟合的方法建立离子选择电极的测量模型,从而实现温室无土栽培中营养液的在线检测。采用动态矩阵控制算法控制离子浓度,在一定程度上克服了某些不确定干扰的影响,并解决了超调的问题。

Abstract:The system structure and design for circulating nutrient solution system were introduced in this paper. The solution on-line measurement and control were constructed. An approach based on least square fitting was applied to nutrition solution on-line measurement. The dynamic matrix control was developed to control the ion density, which has ability to reject disturbance and it was a near perfect response with no overshoot.
