| 摘 要： | 葡萄栽培的目标是实现种植效益的最大化。利用栽培手段对葡萄的生产周期进行适当的调节，达到反季节上市，可有效提高葡萄生产的效益。文章综述了葡萄产期调节的理论研究和实践探索的发展过程及现状，并针对目前生产中存在的问题及未来研究和生产的发展方向提出了相应的解决思路。

| Abstract: | The target of viticulture is to get a maximum benefit. The maturity of grape fruit could be adjusted by regulating the viticulture techniques and methods. It could raise the production benefit when grape appearing on market off-season. It was concluded that the advance of theory and practice on grape maturity regulation in this paper, the problems and foreground were also discussed. |
