种植业是农业各业发展的基础产业，实现种植业全程全面机械化是实现农业现代化的重要基础。从山东种植业机械化发展实际和生产需要出发，指出山东种植业生产能力向稳向好、机械化发展各项指标稳步提升的现状，分析存在的区域间作物间发展不平衡、高质量的农业机械供给不足、现有农业机械化评价指标体系亟需更新等制约因素，提出推进丘陵地区和特色作物机械化、加大先进适用农业机械供给、完善种植业机械化评价指标体系等针对性对策，为更好促进山东种植业全程全面机械化发展提供参考。
