摘    要:本研究以‘川草2号’老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus‘Chuancao No.2’)为材料,采用砂培法,通过测定幼苗形态、生理特性和端粒酶活性,研究喷施不同浓度(30,75和150 mg·L-1)赤霉素(Gibberellin, GA3)和吲哚乙酸(Indole acetic acid, IAA)后对老芒麦幼苗生长发育过程的影响,以期为促进老芒麦生长、提高产量甚至防止早衰提供理论依据。结果表明,各处理提高了株高、叶长、叶面积和地上生物量,150 mg·L-1 GA3和30 mg·L-1IAA处理利于老芒麦植株生长和生物量积累。GA3各处理降低了10~15 d的叶绿素含量和第15 d的丙二醛(Malondialdehyde, MDA)含量,显著提高了0~5 d的超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase, SOD)活性、0~15 d的过氧化物酶(Peroxidase, POD)活性、第10 d过氧化氢酶(Catalase, CAT)活性...

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations (30,75 and 150 mg·L-1) of gibberellin (GA3) and indole acetic acid (IAA) on the growth and development of Elymus sibiricus seedlings were investigated by measuring the morphological and physiological properties,and telomerase activity of the seedlings,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for promoting the growth and development of E. sibiricus,increasing the yield and even preventing premature failure. The E. sibiricus 'Chuancao No.2' was used as the experimental material by using the sand culture method. The results showed that the treatments increased plant height,leaf length,leaf area and above-ground biomass,and 150 mg·L-1 of GA3 and 30 mg·L-1 of IAA treatments were beneficial to plant growth and biomass accumulation of E. sibiricus. The GA3 treatments reduced chlorophyll content on days 10 to 15 and malondialdehyde (MDA) content on day 15,and significantly increased superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity on days 0 to 5,peroxidase (POD) activity on days 0 to 15,catalase (CAT) activity on day 10 and telomerase activity on day 15. The IAA treatments significantly increased the soluble protein content on days 10 to 15,SOD activity on days 0 to 5 and POD activity on days 0 to 15. According to comprehensive evaluation of principal components,the effect of 150 mg·L-1 GA3 treatment was superior to other treatments.
