园林植物槐树的同工酶分析

摘    要:利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对国槐、龙爪槐、红花槐、黄花槐、剌槐以及香花槐作POD与EST同工酶测定.通过比较它们的酶谱差异,计算各试材的酶谱相似系数,发现红花槐和香花槐的2种酶谱一致,应是同一品种的不同类型;红花槐与刺槐的亲缘关系也很近,而双荚决明与国槐酶谱相似系数最小,它们间的亲缘关系较远。通过对试材的植物学性状比较,讨论了它们的分类地位以及在园林上的运用效果。

Abstract:The POD and EST isozyme zymograms of Sophora japonica Linn,S.japonica var.pendula Loud,Cladrastis sinensis Hemsl,Cassla bicarpsularis Linn,Robinia pseudoacacia Linn and R.pseudoacacia 'decaisneana' were studied using the PAGE technique.The zymograms of R.pseudoacacia 'decaisneana' and Cladrastis sinensis were similar,suggesting that they may be different types of the same variety.R.pseudoacacia 'decaisneana' appeared closely related to R.pseudoacacia genetically and far away from S.japonica and C.bicarpsularis.Based on a comparison of the botanical characteristics of the six species,a discussion is made of their classification and application as landscape plants.
