猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒RT-PCR检测方法的建立及应用

参照国内外已发表的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV）的ORF7的基因序列及其相关的RT—PCR检测方法设计一对引物，扩增目的片段为535bp。通过对RT—PCR检测方法的特异性、敏感性、重复性试验，建立了一种PRRSV的RT—PCR检测方法。该方法具有快速、敏感、特异等优点，可用于PRRSV的检测、流行病学调查等。应用此方法对临床样品进行了检测，阳性检出率达66．79／5。
