涡压挤扩机理的提出及其在岩土工程中的应用

摘    要:分析非开挖扩径技术在岩土工程领域中的应用现状及其所面临的问题,首次提出并经室内试验和理论分析验证了涡压挤扩机理。分析涡压叶片、流态混凝土以及周围土体的受力关系,建立三者的力学模型,讨论混凝土介质向土体介质中挤入的力学条件。介绍应用涡压挤扩机理实施非开挖扩径过程中拟采用的涡压挤扩设备及施工方案。结果表明:采用涡压挤扩方法实施非开挖扩径在理论上是可行的,具有较强的适用性。所提出的涡压挤扩设备设计方案及其施工工艺流程简单,易加工操作,施工工艺所用的设备与现行的设备兼容性好,略加改造即可用于本方案。涡压挤扩法实施非开挖扩径可应用于岩土工程领域中的抗压桩、抗拔桩、锚管及地基处理等诸多方面。

Abstract:The application status and the problems of trenchless expanding technology in geotechnical engineering field were analyzed. The vortex squeeze expanding mechanism was put forward for the first time and proved by indoor experiments and theoretical analysis. The force relations of the radial vortex vanes,fluid concrete and the surrounding soil were analyzed,and the mechanical model of them was established. The mechanics conditions of concrete medium squeeze into the soil medium were discussed and the vortex extrusion equipments and construction scheme during the implementation of trenchless diameter expanding were introduced. The comprehensive results indicated that it's feasible to use the method of vortex squeeze expansion to trenchless diameter expansion,and has strong applicability. The proposed scheme design of vortex squeeze expanding equipments and construction process was simple,easy to process and operate. The equipment of construction technology are compatible with current equipment,therefore can be used for the scheme though slightly transforms. The method of vortex squeeze expansion to trenchless diameter expansion can be applied to geotechnical engineering in many aspects such as compressive piles,uplift piles,anchor pipes,and foundation treatment,etc.
