气调包装实验定量控制装置研究

摘    要:为测量气调包装实验过程由气调包装设备充入包装袋的混合气体压力,提出一种气调包装实验定量控制装置设计方案。使用气动元件构建气动控制实验平台,充入的混合气体由实验室气调包装设备提供。构建的实验平台控制气调包装实验的抽真空和混合气体充入过程,能够直接控制和测量气调包装实验包装袋的真空度和充入包装袋的混合气体压力。研究表明,设计的实验装置能够定量控制抽气和充入混合气体过程包装袋内的气体压力。

Abstract:In order to measure the hybrid atmosphere press filled in packets by equipment for modified atmosphere packaging experiment,a device design for quantitative control was proposed in the modified atmosphere packaging experiment. An experiment platform was constructed in pneumatic components,which can control air extracting and filling with hybrid atmosphere filled by modified atmosphere packaging equipment in lab,so as to control and measure vacuum degree and hybrid atmosphere press of packets. The results showed that the experimental device designed could control quantitatively atmosphere press in bag-packaging in the process of atmosphere pumping out and into.
