| 摘 要： | 在大学生创新项目的实施过程中,易存在实施时间、参与的学生以及学生的整体素质等方面的问题。而因地制宜地调整实施时间、转变观念使大学生创新项目成为全体学生参与的自觉和普遍行为、提高学生的整体素质是解决这些问题的相应办法。

| Abstract: | During the implementation process of college students＇ innovative projects, there are some problems in the implementation time, the participant students and the overall quality of students. In order to solve these problems, the corresponding solutions were to adjust the implementation time according to the local conditions, make the college students＇ innovative projects become the conscious and general behaviors of all students and improve the overall quality of students. |
