畜产品质量安全存在的主要问题与对策

从动物疾病、药物残留、环境污染和生物污染、在畜产品生产和流通过程中产生的污染、畜产品质量安全检测手段落后、法律法规不健全等方面分析了我国畜产品质量安全存在的问题,并就如何解决畜产品质量安全问题提出了针对性的对策,从而为加强畜产品质量安全管理监控工作提供参考。

Main Problems in the Quality Security of Animal Products and Their Countermeasures

The existing problems in the quality security of animal products in China were analyzed from the aspects of animal diseases, drug residue, environmental pollution and biological pollution, contamination produced during the production and circulation process of animal products, lag detection means of animal quality security and unperfect laws and regulations. Some corresponding countermeasures were proposed for solving the quality security problem of animal products, so as to provide references for strengthening the quality security management and monitoring of animal products.
