马蹄香对小鼠免疫系统影响的初步研究

摘    要:试验研究了含马蹄香血清对正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的影响(MTT比色法),并采用中性红吞噬实验对含药血清对小鼠PMΦ能量代谢水平及吞噬能力的影响进行了初步检测,初步验证了马蹄香对小鼠免疫系统的影响。通过试验,初步证明了含有马蹄香的血清对小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力有一定的促进作用,且能够提高其PMΦ能量代谢水平和吞噬能力,即能一定程度地提高其免疫能力。

Abstract:The effects of serum with Valeriana jatamansi on the lymphocytes and macrophage of mice were studied by using MTT colorimetry. The effects of drug-containing serum on the energy metabolism level and phagocytosis of PMΦin mice were detected by using neutral red phagocytosis test. The results showed that the serum with V. jatamansi had certain promoting effects on the spleen lymphocyte transformation capability of mice. And the energy metabolism level and phagocytosis of PMΦ in mice were enhanced, so its immunity could be enhanced to some extent.
