微波消解—氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定海藻中的汞含量

摘    要:采用微波消解—氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法对海藻中的汞含量进行了测定。结果表明,海藻中汞的含量为19.46μg/kg,标准物质菠菜中汞含量的回收率在102%~106%之间。该方法简单、快捷、曲线线性关系好、检测限低、回收率高、测定结果准确。

Abstract:Mercury content in seaweed was determined by microwave digestion -hydride generation atom fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that mercury content in seaweed was 19.46 μg/ kg and the recovery rate of mercury in the standard substance spinach was 102%-106%. The determination method was simple,rapid, with good linear correlation, lower detection limit, higher recovery and accurate determination results.
