玉米主要农艺性状的配合力分析

摘    要:本试验应用Gliffing方法(Ⅳ)研究了不同类型的6个玉米自交系双列杂交后代的配合力表现.结果表明,穗长、穗粗、茎粗、穗行数、百粒重、行粒数、穗重、出籽率、干鲜重比、油分、胚重比值、胚体积比值等12个性状均以基因加性效应为主,稳位高、单穗产量、蛋白质等3个性状的基因加性效应与非加性效应几乎同等重要.高油五米自交系的籽粒油分、蛋白质、胚重比值、胚体积比值的一般配合力效应值均明显高于非高油玉米自交系,而百粒重的一般配合力低于非高油玉米自交系.单穗产量特殊配合力高低与一般配合力关系不明显.

Abstract:The combing abilities of 6 corn self-line offsprings were studied by means ofdiallel crosses. As a result, in 12 characters, which are spike length, ear rough, stem rough,weight per 100 kernels,row-gain number, seed yield, dry-fresh weight ratio,grain oil,embryo weight and volume proportionality, gene additive effects are principal; gene addtive effect and non-addtive effects of ear height, single ear yield, protein are important.General combing abilities of gain oil, protein, embryo weight and volume proportionalityof high-oil corn's self-line are higher than that of non-high corn's, but that of weightper 100 kernels is low. The relation between special combing ability of yield per ear andgeneral combing ability is not significant.
