| 摘 要： | 红外辐射加热干燥技术具有生产率高、产品质量优良、生产成本低、生产环境干净、设备操作简单及容易控制等优点，广泛应用于工业生产中，最近几年在农副产品加工中也得到了越来越多的应用。为此简单介绍了红外辐射的机理、红外辐射加热干燥的特点以及在农副产品干燥中的应用。

This technology is widely applied in industry. In recent years infrared radiation is also applied in farm produce. This paper introduces the mechanism and characteristic of infrared radiation. |
