| 摘 要： | 分析了甘肃省农村家庭收支结构变化特征,并用AHP法分析了其影响因素.结果表明:农产品价格、劳动力流动限制、资源占有量及产权、农资价格是当前影响甘肃省农村家庭收支结构变化的最主要因素.认为降低农村劳动力流动成本,建立城乡统一劳动力市场;加强农村教育;巩固、完善和强化各项强农惠农财税政策以及稳定农资价格等对策是帮助农户增收减支的有效途径.可有效帮助广大农户增收减支.

| Abstract: | Changes of revenue and expenditure structure of rural family and its influencing factors in Gansu Province were analyzed by the method of AHP.The results show that price of agricultural products,restriction of labor mobility,share of resources and property rights,prices of agricultural means of production were the main factors affecting the revenue and expenditure structure of rural family in Gansu Province.Reducing labor mobility cost,establishing unified urban and rural labor market,strengthening rural ed... |
