驱蚊香草的组培技术研究

摘    要:本实验对驱蚊香草的组培技术进行了研究,结果表明:以叶柄为外植体接种效果最好,污染率和死亡率低,苗的分化率高;驱蚊香草的诱导培养基和增殖培养基以MS BA1.5mg/L NAAO.1mg/L 糖25g/L 琼脂7g/L为好;生根培养基以MS IBAO.1mg/L 糖25g/L 琼脂7g/L 活性炭1g/L较好。

Abstract:Tissue culture of Mozzie Buster was studied in this experiment.The results showed that the inoculation effect is best made leafstalks as explants;Pollution rate and death rate are low and polarization rate of young plants is high.At the same time it improved that the best bud abduction and multiplication medium is MS BA1.5mg/L NAA0.1mg/L Sugar25 g/L Agar7g/L,and the rooting medium is MS IBA 0.1mg/L Sugar25g/L Agr7g/L Active carbon1g/L.
