| 摘 要： | 目前，全国大部分图书馆都开展了地方文献工作，但由于多方面因素的影响，面临诸多困难。为此，某一区域图书馆可联合起来，成立区域性图书馆联盟，就地方文献工作开展馆际专项合作，谋求共同发展。
