大型圆柱形金属油罐除锈涂漆机的研制

金属油罐,尤其是安装在山洞内的大型储油罐的除锈涂漆是一项非常艰苦的工作,主要存在的问题是:由于所用设备陈旧、工艺落后、工作效率低、除锈涂漆周期长;耗资大、经济性差;劳动强度大、危害健康以及除锈涂漆质量不高等。中国人民解放军空军后勤学院研制的大型圆柱形金属油罐除锈涂漆机能较好地解决上述问题。该设备采用了气、液、固三相磨料水射流除锈和无空气高压喷涂技术,大大提高了工作效率,降低了成本。详细介绍了除锈涂漆机的结构及工作原理,描述了该设备的技术性能和使用情况。

The Application of the Cleaning and Priming Machine for the Large-scale Right Cylinder Metallic Tank,

Rust cleaning and painting of metal tanks,especially the large-scale tanks installed in caves is hard to do. There are many disadvantages such as obsolete equipment,backward techniques,low efficiency and poor quality,high cost,harmful to human and long working cycle. All the above problems have been well solved with the development of rust cleaning and painting machine by the Air Force Logistics Institute of the PLA. The machine can improve work efficiency and reduce cost by using the three-phase abrasive material (gas-liquid-solid) to clean rust and painting with non-air high pressure. In the paper, the structure and working principles of the machine as well as its characteristics and operation are introduced.
