| 摘 要： | 根据农用车车轮型号规格和优化设计需要,确定参数化设计所需的主参数,利用APDL语言建立农用车车轮的有限元模型;然后,根据弯曲疲劳试验的国家标准建立等效力学模型,并加载和求解;再用VB编写预测车轮疲劳寿命应用程序。

| Abstract: | The main parameters needed in parameter design are decided according to the specification of farming vehicle wheel and need of optimization design, and the finite element model of farming vehicle wheel is built by APDL. Then the equivalent mechanics model is founded by nation standard of bend fatigue testing, and is load and solved. Finally, the application program of forecasting wheel fatigue life is written by VB. |
