| Abstract: | The historic changes of Chinese view about law and discipline rite are roughly divided into three stages including feudal code of ethics,government by law,and ruling morally and legally by combining the two formers.The changing procedure of Chinese view about law and discipline rite is analyzed from the historical angle of law,make clear that it is a historic necessity to establish the view of ruling morally and legally. |
