烤烟雄性不育杂交授粉时期对种子质量的影响

摘    要:为了提高烤烟雄性不育杂交制种种子质量,研究了授粉时期对杂交种子发芽势、发芽率、千粒质量的影响.结果表明,授粉时期与种子发芽势、发芽率和千粒质量之间呈二次抛物线回归关系,花冠打开前2 d到花冠打开后1 d授粉的种子发芽势、发芽率和千粒质量均较高.就烤烟雄性不育杂交制种的种子质量而言,花冠打开前2 d到花冠打开后1 d的花朵是最适授粉时期,在授粉时,只需再4 d对母本植株轮流授粉一次,即可保证获得高质量的种子.

Abstract:In order to increase the quality of tobacco male-sterility cross breeding seed,a study on the effect of pollinating time to crossbreed seed germination power,germination ratio and weight of a thousand seed was carried out in this paper.The result showed that the relation of pollinating time and crossbreed seed germination power,germination ratio and weight of a thousand seed displayed two parabolas regression relations,plants pollinated from two days before the open up of corolla to the day after the open up of corolla had high germination power,germination ratio and weight of a thousand seed. The result showed that when considering the quality of tobacco male-sterility cross breeding seed,two days before the open up of corolla to the day after the open up of corolla was the best pollinating time. When pollinating,just four days were needed to pollinate the female parents'' plants one time by turns to gain high quality seed.
