摘    要:本文分析了全国茶类生产的发展和绿茶产区的变化情况。对绿茶品质概念的演进作了系统的论述。同时,提出了优质绿茶生产的关键因子。

Abstract:Based on more than 50 years historic materials of tea industry,this article analyzes the development and changes of green tea planting area,and systematically demonstrate the evolvement of green tea quality concept.Meanwhile,the technical principles of fine quality green tea production sare presented.
