摘    要:介绍了一种简单而实用的DNA提取法,利用PEX试剂从高粱与转基因玉米的新鲜叶片中提取植物组织DNA。所得DNA经定量检测后,可满足AFLP分析及PCR-Southern杂交等要求。

Abstract:A simple and applied DNA extraction method was introduced. The reagent of PEX (potassium ethyl xanthate) was employed to isolate the DNA of the fresh leaves of sorghum and transgenic maize in the method. The DNA collected was quantified and could be applied on AFLP analysis and the PCR-Southern blot hybridization analysis.
