甜菜夜蛾的抗药性调查与研究

摘    要:采用FAO推荐的微量点滴法,以室内饲养的甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua Huebner武汉敏感品系为标准,测定了河北隆窑,江苏徐州,山东章丘和泰安,上海郊区5个甜菜夜蛾田间种群对4种代表药剂的抗性水平,比较了4种非常用药剂对3个田间种群的杀虫毒力。结果表明,隆窑,章丘,泰安,徐州和上海郊区5个田间种群4龄幼虫对顺式氯氰菊酯的抗性分别达615.2,544.2,465.8,445.3和435.4倍,对灭多威的抗性分别达213.0,206.1,116.0,0,96.5和89.6倍,对丙溴磷的抗性分别达56.3,48.8,45.3,44.3和38.2倍,对氟啶脲的抗性分别达20.3,18.8,16.0,14.3和13.5倍,抗性已十分严重,4种非常用药剂对上海郊区、山东章丘和泰安3个种群的毒力差异不大。

Abstract:One sensitive Spodoptera exigua population and five resistant populations from Longyao (Hebei Province), Zhangqiu(Shandong Province) , Tai'an (Shandong Province), Xuzhou(Jiangsu Province) and Shanghai were collected for testing by topical application and their resistance to insecticides were compared. The results showed that the resistance of 4th-instar larvae of five field populations to alpha-cypermethrin, methomyl, profenophos and chlorfluazuron was very high. The toxici-ty of the four uncommonly used insecticides ( pirate, abamectin, diafenthiuron and endosulfan) to three populations from Shanghai, Tai' an and Zhangqiu was almost the same.
