摘    要:割手密(Saccharura spontaneum L)是栽培甘蔗品种的原始亲本之一,在甘蔗杂交育种上具有重要的利用价值,同时,也作为生物质能源的潜力植物研究。目前,分子标记技术在割手密的遗传多样性检测、种质资源的鉴定与分类、亲缘关系研究、遗传图谱构建等方面得到广泛应用。本文详细综述了分子标记在割手密研究中的应用进展,并分析目前研究存在的问题,展望今后割手密种质资源的研究方向。

Abstract:Saccharum spontaneum L. is one of the original parents of cultivated sugarcane varieties and important to sugarcane cross-breeding. Meanwhile, it is being tested for the development of bioenergy cultivars. Recently, molecular marker technique has been applied widely in studies of S. spontaneum L. such as determination of genetic diversity, identification and classification of the germplasm, analysis of phylogenetic relationships, construction of genetic linkage map and so on. This paper reviewed the application progress of molecular marker in S. spontaneum L., also anslyzed the existing problems and discussed its prospective utilization in future study.
