小城镇不同空间发展模式的土地承载指数分析

将土地承载力的概念从耕地发展到建设用地,将承载对象从单纯的人口发展到经济、社会发展等各种人类活动,从而构建出土地承载指数,并用该指数对不同形态类型小城镇的土地利用情况进行对比分析研究,揭示出城镇形态的发展不仅是用地规模的简单扩大,其中还包含着对人口聚集、土地经济产出强度和生态建设等多方面的内在要求。提出推动小城镇形态升级应该以这些内在要求为着力点加强规划和调控的建议。

Analysis of Land Carrying Index of Different Form Styles of Small Town

The conception of land carrying capacity was developed from farmland to urban land for construction.And the carrying object was developed from population to human activities such as economy and society development.So the land carrying index was constructed.The land carrying index was used to analyze the land use of different form styles of small town.It revealed that the development of the city form was not only the simple expansion in scope,but also included many internal demands such as population congregating,efficiency of economic output of land,ecology construction and so on.The suggestion that the land planning and adjustment should based on the internal demands in order to upgrade small town form was put forward.
