广西雨雪冰冻灾害对林业的影响及灾后重建对策

通过对广西雨雪冰冻灾害重灾区桂林市、来宾市、柳州市和钦州市的灾情进行调研，分析了林业救灾和复产重建工作中面临的主要困难，提出做好灾情评估和灾后重建规划、灾后造林更新和加大森林资源保护管理力度、加强对受灾木材价格的调控、防止林业次生灾害的发生、建立森林生态恢复建设的长效机制、推进林业灾害预报预测体系和森林保险制度等建设性意见。
