| 摘 要： | 提出了因人才流动、流失造成目前师资队伍存在的主要问题,进而分析了人才流动、流失原因,并有针对性地提出了师资队伍建设对策,即建立开放管理平台,加大师资队伍培养力度,合理构建教师梯队,以教师的提高促进学校的发展,变人才流失为人才引进。

| Abstract: | The talent flow and brain drain of higher vocational colleges has been discussed in this article.The main problems caused by talent flow and brain drain in teaching staff construction new period are pointed out and some measures solving these problems are put forward from the macro.Efforts should be intensified to cultivate teaching staff construction,build reasonable teacher echelon and establish open management platform to enhance the teachers in order to promote school development. |
