| 摘 要： | 为了利用蛋白质凝胶电泳检测桑种子纯度,对采用SDS-PAGE电泳及定量分析的PO4、EX3、ddH2O以及20%和30%2-氯乙醇等4种桑种子蛋白质提取液进行了筛选。结果表明,EX3为适合SDS-PAGE电泳的桑种子蛋白质提取液,其最佳提取用量、点样量分别为60、30μL。

| Abstract: | In order to test the purity of mulberry seeds by means of gel electrophoresis of protein and quantitative analysis,four types of extracting solution of mulberry seeds by PO4,EX3,ddH2O and ethanol chlorine(20%,30%),respectively were screened.The results showed that EX3 was the suitable solution for extracting of mulberry seed protein.Its suitable amount for extracting and sampling was 60 μL and 30 μL,respectively. |
