摘    要:利用财经类高校大学生就业问题相关数据,使用多元logistic回归分析大学生就业竞争力及其影响因素。结果显示:专业技能、工作能力与解决问题能力是影响模型大学生就业竞争力的重要因素。专业技能对女大学生就业竞争力的影响较大,工作能力和解决问题能力对男大学生就业竞争力的影响较大。建议通过以下途径提高财经类高校大学生就业竞争力:重视就业教育,搭建校企合作桥梁;注重专业学习,树立正确的就业观;加强政策引导,营造良好就业环境。

Abstract:Using data related to the employment of students in finance and economics colleges, the multiple logistic regression model was used to analyze their employment competitiveness and its influencing factors. The results show that professional skills, working ability and problem-solving ability are important factors influencing the employment competitiveness of university students. Professional skills have a greater influence on the employment competitiveness of female students, while working ability and problem-solving ability have a greater influence on the employment competitiveness of male students. Therefore, based on the findings of the study, three relevant suggestions are put forward:attaching importance to employment education and building a bridge for school-enterprise cooperation; focusing on professional learning and establishing a correct employment concept; strengthening policy guidance and creating a favorable employment environment.
