美国农药多残留快速扫描方法(CDFA-MRSM)在农产品农残分析中的应用研究

摘    要:采用美国加州食品农业部化学分析中心的农药多残留快速扫描方法(CDFA-M RSM),以乙腈为提取剂,经固相萃取装置净化样品,最后用GC-M S对新鲜蔬菜、水果中的有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯四大类农药残留进行定性定量分析。研究结果表明:该方法前处理时间为0.5~1.0h,回收率70%~120%、精密度0.2%~11.4%,能满足农残分析的要求。该方法省试剂、省时、省工,一次处理的农药品种多,适合于未知农药的残留快速检测。

Abstract:Applying the pesticide multi-residue screen method of Chemistry Sample Analytical Center of California Food and Agriculture Department,the acetonitrile was used for the extractant and the samples were purified in solid phase extraction plant,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of four pesticide residue in fresh vegetable and fruits including organophosphorous and carbamate,organochlorine and pyrethroid were done by GC-MS.The results showed that the pre-treatment time was 0.5-1.0 hour and the recovery rate was 70%-120%,the relative standard deviation was 0.2%-11.4%.The method could meet the need of pesticide residue analysis.It could save chemical agent,time and work.It could treat many pesticides once and be suitable for fast detection of unknow pesticide residue.
