非嗜食植物提取物对茄二十八星瓢虫产卵及孵化率的影响

摘    要:目的]为非嗜食植物在害虫防治方面的应用提供理论基础。方法]通过用8种非嗜食植物的水提取液处理过的龙葵叶饲喂茄二十八星瓢虫成虫,研究非嗜食植物对茄二十八星瓢虫成虫产卵量及所孵化率的影响。结果]羊蹄茎、犁头草、水蓼、羊蹄根的水提取物对茄二十八星瓢虫成虫产卵影响最大,产卵量明显下降,每雌每天产卵量分别为(5.7±1.1)、(6.1±0.6)、(7.8±1.5)和(8.2±1.3)粒;苦楝组和鸟桕叶组的每雌每天产卵量分别为(10.8±1.7)和(13.5±1.2)粒;而辣蓼组和苍耳组的每雌每天产卵量分别为(17.8±3.5)和(18.2±3.5)粒。苦楝组的孵化率最低,为(52±12)%;水蓼组、犁头草组、辣蓼组、羊蹄根组、羊蹄茎组和乌桕叶组的孵化率分别为(57±6)%、(65±7)%、(67±16)%、(67±10)%、(70±13)%和(73±6)%。结论]8种非嗜食植物中的7种对茄二十八星瓢虫成虫产卵量及孵化率均有不同程度的影响。

Effects of Extracts from the Non-preferable Plants of Henosepilachna vigintiopunctata on Its Oviposition and Hatching Rate

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to provide theoretical basis for the application of non-preferable plants in pest control.Method] The effects of non-preferable plants on the oviposition amounts of Henosepilachna vigintioctoctopun adults and hatching rates of their eggs were studied through feeding them with Solanum nigrum leaves treated with the extract fluid from their 8 non-preferable plants.Result] The effects of water extracts from Rumex japonicus stem,Viola japonica,Polygonum hydropiper and R.japonicus root on the oviposition amounts of H.vigintioctoctopun adults were greatest,their oviposition amounts were reduced obviously,their oviposition amounts per female each day were(5.7±1.1),(6.1±0.6),(7.8±1.5) and(8.2±1.3) eggs resp.,that of Melia azedaeach group and Sapium sebiferum leaf group were(10.8±1.7) and(13.5±1.2) eggs resp.and that of Polygonum flaccidum group and Xanthium sibiricum group were(17.8±3.5) and(18.2±3.5) eggs resp.The hatching rate of M.azedaeach group was lowest,being(52±12)% and that of P.hydropiper,V.japonica,P.flaccidum,R.japonicus root,R.japonicus stem and S.sebiferum leaf groups were(57±6)%,(65±7)%,(67±16)%,(67±10)%,(70±13)% and(73±6)% resp.Conclusion] Seven of the 8 non-preferable plants had effects to different degrees on the oviposition amounts of H.vigintioctoctopun adults and hatching rates of their eggs.
