| Abstract: | The aim of this study was to comprehensively elaborate the biological characteristics,excellent ornamental value and practical value of Lagerstroemia indica L..It was pointed out that in China it is an important tree type with ornamental flowers in summer,which would enjoy a broad application prospect in the landscaping of modern cities. |
