玉米过氧化物同工酶遗传距离与杂种优势的关系

摘    要:本研究选用了36个优良玉米自交系并组配了300个杂交种,其中包括13个自交系按完全双列杂交设计(graffing方法Ⅳ),组配了78个杂交种。通过对所有材料的过氧化物同工酶(POD)酶谱分析发现,互补酶带的出现与否不能准确地预测杂种产量的高低;POD遗传距离与杂种产量、特殊配合力的关系为抛物线(相关系数分别为0.434**和0.495**),这表明双亲间过氧化物酶的差异在一定程度上能够反映杂种优势的大小。

Abstract:Thirty-six elite inbred lines were selected to produce 300 hybridizational combinations ,of which 78 hybrids were produced with 13 inbed lines by Griffing IV diallel cme design. Analysis of peroxidase(POD) of all materials showed that emerpence of complementary inozyme bands cant predict level of hybrid gram yield accurately. The genetic distance of POD is curilinerly related to hyhrid yield and special combining ability (r=0.434 and 0. 495, respectively). The results indicated that the differences of POD between parents can reflect heterosis letel of hybrid in certain degree.
