| 摘 要： | 研究了东北红豆杉种子在层积过程中内源ＩＡＡ和ＡＢＡ含量的变化．结果表明：东北红豆杉种子含有大量ＡＢＡ，特别是种皮中含量更高．当种子吸水后，种皮中ＡＢＡ会向胚中扩散，使种子不能萌发．东北红豆杉种子中ＩＡＡ含量较低，并且在层积过程中变化不大．

| Abstract: | This article studies endogenous ABA and IAA content change in the seed of Taxus cuspidata .The results showed that the embryo and rind contain a large quantity ABA,especially in the rind.After the seed absorbs water,ABA in the rind will diffuse to the embryo and prevent the seed from germinating.IAA content in the seed changes little during stratifying. |
