小麦醇溶蛋白电泳分析及其品种鉴定

摘    要:无率亲缘关系的远近,各品种间醇溶蛋白 电泳图谱差异均明显。凝胶的光密度扫描图亦表明不同小麦品种醇溶蛋白组分有显著区别。本法可用于鉴定不同小麦品种甚至亲缘极近的品种。

Abstract:In a modified polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of the gliadins from 29 wheat cultivars, all the cultivars studied were readily differentiated by their elcctrophoretograms. Densltometrie scanning of the gliadin electrophorctograms of 8 cultivars also showed distinct qualitative and quantitative characteristics. The differentiation of the gliadin patterns of some closely related cultivars was significant among all the 29 cultivars. Tt is, therefore, assumed to be feasible to identify wheat cultivars (closely related cultivars included) with gliadin elcctrophoresis.
