| 摘 要： | 本文对50个大麦原始材料的7个数量性状进行了遗传距离的测定。通过对材料的主成分分析,初选了13个性状较好的亲本材料,根据材料间遗传距离大小,将50个材料分为9个类群。提出遗传距离可以作为大麦杂交亲本选配的依据是,亲本选配应当在类间距离大于平均类间距离的类群间进行,同时,也应考虑7个数量性状以外的其它重要性状。

| Abstract: | In this essay, we studied the genetic distances of seven quantitativecharacters among fifty barley stocks, We selected thirteen parents based on the results ofthe principal component analysis. According to the genetic distances, the fifty stocks wereplaced into nine clusters. These distances can be used as references for parent selection inbreeding programs. We proposed that the parents should be chosen from the clusters whichhave a distance larger than the average distance of all the clusters. Meanwhile,characters other than the seven studied in this report should also be considered in parentselection. |
