香蕉新株系"漳蕉8号"的选育

摘    要:“台湾北蕉”离体试管芽经^(60)Co γ射线辐照后所培育的试管苗,在苗圃培育长出新叶后直到大田栽培期间都可观察到大量的变异植株。1995-1999年对28个优良变异单株进行筛选、株系比较试验和多点生产示范试验。结果表明:8号株系的假茎颜色、叶柄长度、株型以及果轴茸毛等性状与“台湾北蕉”有明显区别,且果穗外观较好,果指较长、较重;8号株系株产比“台湾北蕉”增加10%以上(差异达显或极显水平),果实品质略优于“台湾北蕉”。该株系现定名为“漳蕉8号”。

Abstract:The test-tube plantlets of Fujian "Musa AAA 'Giant Cavendish' " were irradiated by 60Co gamma rays. A large number of variant plants during the period from nursery to field were observed. Screening, comparative experiments and multilocation trials for 28 good variation lines were carried out from 1995 to 1999. The result showed that some characters of No. 8 strain such as pseudostem colour, petiole length, plant shape and pappus of fruit axes were obviously different from "Giant Cavendish". Compared with "Giant Cavendish", No.8strain had bigger fruit bunch, better bunch shape and longer fingers. Many years of production survey demonstrated that the yield per plant of No. 8 strain was over 10 % higher than "Giant Cavendish". This strain was named as Zhangnong No. 8 in 1998 (renamed now as zhangjiao No.8). The fruit quality of " zhangjiao No. 8" was better than "Giant Cavendish".
