火龙果种子萌发特性研究

摘    要:以红肉火龙果、粉红肉火龙果、白肉火龙果3个火龙果品系种子为试验材料,进行火龙果种子萌发特性研究。结果表明:基因型不同,火龙果种子的萌发率不同。白肉火龙果种子发芽率最高,为93.3%,但萌发不整齐,发芽势仅16.0%,不同基因型火龙果种子的最高和最低发芽势相差57.3%,活力指数相差45.79%。粉红肉火龙果种子活力最强,红肉火龙果种子次之,白肉火龙果种子最弱。

Abstract:Seeds of three Pitaya strains Hylocereus polyrhizus (Weber) Britt.& Rose,Hylocereus spp.and Hylocereus undatus Britt.& Rose were used as the experimental materials to study the germination characteristics of Pitaya seeds.The results indicated that different genotype Pitaya strain seeds had different germination rate.The germination rate of Hylocereus undatus Britt.& Rose was 93.3%,the highest among three Pitaya strain,but the seedlings did not come out evenly,and the germination energy only 16.0%.The difference of germination energy which is between the highest and the lowest germination of the different genotype Pitaya strain seeds is 57.3%,and the difference of germination index between the highest and the lowest is 45.79%.The result also improved that the seeds vigor of the Hylocereus spp.was the strongest,the Hylocereus polyrhizus(Weber) Britt.& Rose took the second place,but the Hylocereus undatus Britt.& Rose was the infirmest.
