板栗新品系授粉试验

摘    要:通过对18个板栗新品系之间授粉试验,表明板栗新品系自花授粉率低,雌花隔离授粉坚果不能形成种仁,异花授粉率高.也表明了实生选种育成的这些新品系花粉直感现象明显,有父本当代显性表现,父本坚果大,用其给母本授粉,母本坚果亦大,反之亦然.选择适宜的授粉树,控制花粉来源,对提高板栗新品系的产量和品质有重要作用.

Abstract:Though pollination experiment on 18 new strains of Chinese chestnut, it is found that self pollination rate was low, the fruits could not form kernel by female parthenogenesis, open pollination rate was high. It's also demonstrated that the metaxenia was clear of new strains by seedling selection. The pollen of the new strains by seedling selection possessed the advantage of male parent, if the fruit of male parent was big and used for female pollination, the female fruit was also big, whereas if the fruit of male parent was small and used for female pollination, the female fruit was also small. Proper selection of pollinating trees and appropriate control of pollen source are significant to the improvement of the yield and quality of new strains of Chinese chestnut. This result provides reliable base for selecting main strains and pollinators used in commercial production.
