摘    要:文章通过对不同栽培密度条件下防风的抽薹情况、产量及有效成分色原酮含量的变化进行研究,确定防风的最佳栽培密度。结果表明,栽培密度为株行距7 cm×30 cm时,抽薹率较低,为10%左右,折干率和小区总产量较高,根中的四种主要有效成分的含量均显著高于其他栽培处理,是较为适宜的种植密度。

Abstract:To determine the best planting density for Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.) Schisck.by studying the leaf area,the root-shoot ratio,the change of yield and the content of four kinds of chromone in roots of S.divaricata planted in different planting densities.Results showed that,when the planting density was 7 cm×30 cm,S.divaricata had a 10% bolting rate,the highest drying rate and a higher total yield,at the same time,the four major effective components in it' s root had a significant higher content.So the planting space of 7 cm×30 cm was an ideal planting density.
