广佛手保健含片的研制

摘    要:研究了佛手保健含片的研制工艺,结果表明,新鲜广佛手切片后,经过70℃热水热烫3min,榨汁后静置过滤,加入1%的β-环状糊精,1%甘草,75%甜味剂,17%麦芽糊精和2.5%润湿剂,搅拌均匀并制成软材,然后在温度40℃下干燥20min,再添加0.5%硬脂酸镁,在压片机上压片,包装即得到成品。

Abstract:The health tablet bergamot was discussed.The experimental results showed that fresh bergamot slicing wide was blanched at 70 ℃ for 3 min,filtering and adding 1%-cyclodextrin,licorice 1%,75% sweetener,maltodextrin 17%,and 2.5% wetting agent.Then stiring as the production of soft-wood,at 40 ℃ for 20 min,adding the 0.5% magnesium stearate,finished product was obtained after compression and packaging.
