| 摘 要： | 从土地利用多功能的角度提出了休闲农业用地的概念,在此基础上分析了休闲农业用地的特点,即功能的二重性,类型及管理的多样复杂性。并根据休闲农业用地中用地功能的侧重点不同,休闲农业用地利用开发方式的不同,将休闲农业用地进行了分类。最后提出了休闲农业用地在利用、利益分割、管理方面应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Now tourism agriculture has fast development,tourism agriculture land was put forward according to multifunctional land use,and the characteristics of tourism agriculture land was analyzed,including multifunctional,diversity and complexity of manage.And then the tourism agriculture land was categorized according to the main function of land use and different exploit modes.At last what should be paid attention to about utilization,division of profit and management of tourism agriculture land was brought forward. |
