| 摘 要： | 解决农民收人过低且不稳定的问题是实现现代化的一项长期任务,更是当前经济形势的迫切需要。自1978年以来,在中央一系列扶农政策的支持下,我国农村经济稳步增长,1979年、1985年和1992年3次大幅度提高农产品价格,较好地提高了农民的收人。但如何更好地提高农民收入、缩小城乡居民收入差距仍是目前福建省农村工作的重要任务。
