对羟基苯甲酸和阿魏酸对柳杉幼苗生长及其叶片生理指标的影响

摘    要:为探明对羟基苯甲酸(p-HA)、阿魏酸(FA)对柳杉幼苗的化感作用,采用基质栽培试验研究了对羟基苯甲酸和阿魏酸对柳杉幼苗生长及其生理指标的影响。结果表明:(1)p-HA处理下柳杉幼苗植株地上生物量、地下生物量、总生物量及根冠比均随着其质量浓度的增加逐渐下降,且均较对照小,FA 50 mg/L处理下,柳杉幼苗植株地上生物量、地下生物量、总生物量最大,分别为2.15、0.84、3.00 g/株;(2)随着p-HA、FA浓度的升高,柳杉幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素总含量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖及游离脯氨酸含量总体表现为逐渐减少,均较对照组低;FA 150 mg/L处理下叶绿素a/b值最高,其可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量最低。可得出以下结论:(1)pHA不利于柳杉幼苗生物量的积累,且浓度越高生物量积累越少,FA在50 mg/L下对柳杉幼苗生物量积累及地径增粗具有促进作用,但不利于苗高生长。(2)p-HA、FA对柳杉幼苗具有一定的毒害作用,对生物量及苗高、地径及叶绿素等均产生了影响,而对可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸均产生较强的抑制作用,在FA150 mg/L处理下柳杉幼苗受害最严重,p-HA对柳杉幼苗的毒害作用较FA小。

Effects of p-Hydroxybenzoic Acidand Ferulic Ac id on the Growth and Physiologi cal Index of Cryptomeria fortunei
Abstract:To evaluate the allelopathic effects of p-Hydroxybenzoic acid and ferulic acid on Cryptomeria fortunei,the effects of p-Hydroxybenzoic acid and ferulic acid on Cryptomeria fortunei seedling growth and physiological indexes were studied by means of substrate cultivation experiment.The results showed that:(1) Under the p-HA process,the aboveground biomass,underground biomass,total biomass and root shoot ratio of Cryptomeria fortunei seeding decreased gradually with the increase of the concentration ,and were lower than those in the control,under FA 50 mg/L,the aboveground biomass,underground biomass,total biomass of Cryp-tomer ia fortunei seeding were the highest,amounting to 2.15,0.84,3.00 g/plant,respectively.( 2) With the in-creasing concentration of p-HA and FA,the contents of chlorophyll a,total chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar and free proline in Cryptomeria fortunie seedlings decreased gradually,and were lower than those in the control group.Under FA 150 mg/L,the level of chlorophyll a/b was the highest,and the levels of soluble sugar and free proline were the lowest.Conclusions:( 1) P-HA was not conducive to the biomass accumulation of Crpytomeria f ortunei seedlings,and the higher the concentration,the less the biomass accumulation;FA 50 mg/L had a promotive effect on the accumulation of biomass and the ground diameter,but it was not conducive to the growth of seedlings.( 2) P-HA,FA had certain toxicity to Cryptomeria fortunei seedlings,and influenced the biomass,seedling height and the concent of chlorophyll,with the strong inhibitory effect of P-HA and FA on the soluble sugar,soluble protein and free proline,under FA 150mg/L,the Cryptome ira fortunei seedings were most severely damaged,the toxic effect of p-HA on Cryptomer ia fortunei seedlings was less than that of FA.
