西部新农村文化建设的现状与对策研究

党的十八届五中全会提出到二○二○年全面建成小康社会,是"两个一百年"奋斗目标的第一个百年奋斗目标。"十三五"时期是全面建成小康社会决胜阶段,保持战略定力,坚持稳中求进,统筹推进经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设和党的建设,确保如期全面建成小康社会。随着社会进步和经济发展,中国人民的物质文明和精神文明建设都取得了举世瞩目的成就,但精神文明建设还存在着严重的不平衡性,城乡文化建设水平差异较大,必然影响到和谐社会的发展。该文通过对目前农村文化建设的现状分析,提出今后加强农村文化建设的举措。

Study on the Status and Countermeasures of New Rural Cultural Construction in Western Area

To build moderately prosperous society has been proposed in the fifth plenary session of eighteenth central committee as the first centenary goal of the party. The period of thirteenth five-year plan is the decisive phase to build the well-off society, which needs to keep strategic concentration and insist to seek improvement in stability, and comprehensively promote economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction, and ensure the completion of well-off society. With the social and economic development, China’s material civilization and spiritual civilization construction has made remarkable achievements, while the spiritual civilization construction still showed some unbalancedness with large gap between urban and rural cultural construction and affected the development of harmonious society. This paper analyzed the current situation of rural cultural construction, and put forward measures to strengthen the construction of rural culture in the future.
