《农业机械学》自治区级教学团队建设研究与实践

本文重点介绍了石河子大学《农业机械学》自治区教学团队的建设思路、措施及建设成效。课程组制定了合理的师资队伍发展规划及配套措施,推动团队师资队伍水平提高;坚持深化实践教学体改革,加强和完善实践教学,致力打造三位一体的教学团队;深化课程体系改革,丰富完善教学内容,提升教学质量和水平;立足兵团"大农业、大农机",凝练研究方向,科研教学相长。

Research and Practice on the Construction of Autonomous-Region-Level Teaching Team for Agricultural Mechanics Course

This article mainly introduced the construction ideas, measures and results of autonomous-region-level teaching team for agricultural mechanics course in Shihezi University. It made the reasonable development plan and supporting measures of faculty to improve teachers’level, and insisted on deepening the teaching reform to strengthen and perfect the practical teaching and create the trinity teaching team, and then promoted the reform of curriculum system to enrich the teaching contents and improve the teaching quality and level. Based on large-scale agriculture and mechanized production, it concentrated the research direction and realized the transaction of research-teaching-learning.
