漯河市农村信息化综合服务平台构建与实施

农村信息化服务平台是建设社会主义新农村的重要手段,对农业技术的推广与应用有显著的叠加效应。通过构建与优化农村信息化综合服务平台,研究开发农业科技信息技术产品和多媒体信息系统,综合运用广播、电视及报刊杂志等传统信息传递方式,以及计算机、网络及卫星通讯等现代发达的信息技术,对现有信息传播体系进行集成整合,建立和完善农村科技信息化综合服务平台。

Construction and Implementation of Rural Information Integrated Service Platform in Luohe

Rural information service platform is an important means to build socialist new countryside, which has significant superimposed effect on the popularization and application of agricultural technology. Through the establishment and optimization of rural information integrated service platform, this paper studied and developed a batch of agricultural science and technology information technology products and multimedia information system, and comprehensively applied traditional information transmission mode such as radio, television, newspapers, magazines and modern advanced information technology such as computer, network and satellite communications, to integrate the existing information dissemination system, establish and perfect rural information integrated service platform.
