陕西森林火险气象服务的探索与思考

多年来,陕西省气象局开展了以森林火险等级预报为主的林业气象服务,2014年通过陕西省森林火险预警系统的建设,建设了覆盖全省的森林火险监测系统,修正了森林火险等级预报模型,开发了森林火险服务系统,基本建立了集监测、预报、服务为一体的林业气象服务体系。本文结合陕西林业气象服务的需求及目前林业气象服务的实际能力,从预报产品、服务系统、服务人员三方面分析了发展林业气象服务的途径。

Exploration and Consideration of Shaanxi’s Forest Fire Weather Service

For many years, Shaanxi Provincial Meteorological Bureau has developed forestry weather service mainly focused on forest fire risk rating forecasting. Through the construction of provincial forest fire early-warning system in 2014, it built the forest fire monitoring system and modified the forest fire risk forecasting model, and developed the forest fire service system covering monitoring, forecasting and service. Combining with the demand and practical ability of forestry weather service in Shaanxi, this paper analyzed the development approach of forestry weather service from forecast products, service system and service staff.
