摘 要: | 以烤烟品种中烟100、NC71、云烟87为材料,通过田间试验研究了不同施氮量对不同基因型烤烟化学成分和香气质量的影响。结果表明:增施氮肥能增加总氮和烟碱的含量,并使氮碱比和糖碱较适宜,不同施氮水平相比较,中氮施肥水平下烟叶化学成分较为协调,主要香气物质成分含量及香气物质总量最高。中烟100为氮低效品种,耐低氮能力弱;NC71在3个氮素水平条件下表现不如云烟87和中烟100;主栽品种云烟87在3个氮素水平下均能得到化学成分协调、致香物质丰富的烟叶。

Effects of Nitrogen Fertilizer on Quality of Different Genotypes of Flue-cured tobacco in Nanyang County |

Abstract: | Feild experiments were employed to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer rates on the chemical components and aroma constituents of tobacco cultivar Zhongyan 100,NC71 and Yunyan 87.The re-sults indicated that the application of nitrogen fertilizer could increase the content of total nitrogen and nico-tine,and reduce the ratios of sugar to nicotine and nitrogen to nicotine.In different treatments,the tobacco leav-es under middle nitrogen application exhibited the optimum coordination of chemical components and the high-est contents of main aroma components.Zhongyan 100 was a cultivar with lower nitrogen utilization and suscep-tible to low nitrogen level.The performance of NC71 was not so good as Yunyan 87 and Zhongyan 100.The mainly-cultivated variety Yunyan 87 grown at the three nitrogen levels could produce high-quality leaves with appropriate chemical components and rich aroma substances. |
